This lovely band has the words "Mere Satguru Ji Tusi Mehar Karo" which translates to "Oh my True Guru (God), please have mercy on my soul, please look after me." Tho' this shabad isn't in the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, it is often heard in heartfelt prayers to God during times of need and protection.
